We love sharing about the different types of pets we have at home, from fuzzy little ones to slithering or spiky ones. We also took a field trip to our neigborhood pet store to learn how to better take care of our pets. We learned that pets need to be loved just like us. Our pets need nuturing, care and making sure that they are fed and of course clean! During this field trip we also got to see the many different types of pets we can have, we even got to pet some. The kids enjoyed their time at the store, some even wanted to take home a pet snake but we made sure to check pockets! When we got back to the center we pretended to be some of our very favorite pets and practice taking care of our pets too. We love our pets, fuzzy or not! |
