We got our cowboy hats, boots and vest on to gather around for a chuck wagon lunch! This week we learned all about cowboys and cowgirls, how they lived on the prairies and how they traveled on horses. We talked and practice some of the their duties such as gathering herds of cattles. So of course we had to make vests and hats and some even played sheriff! We ended the week with a cowboy lunch! It included beans, bbq beef, some bread and corn! And we made sure to wheel out lunch on our chuck wagon! |
