The first day of school! This day is an exciting day for all school age children, their parents and the caregivers. Nevertheless, this is predominantly a special day for the Kindergarteners. Looking at them this morning one could identify some a bit anxious, others eager and impatient, yet all full of anticipations. Our dedicated staff members were caught in the excitement as well. They could be seen hugging their little “chicks” wishing them well and giving last minute advice. The bus drivers were learning their new routes and examining them throughout the preceding week. They came equipped with their updated informative binders and loyally made sure all the little ones get safely onto the bus and back to school. Coming back to our centers, children shared their experiences with the directors. Yes, it is a tradition at Kids Kare Schools, that the directors personally ride the busses with the children on the first week of school. We do everything in our power to make this transition as smooth and positive as possible! We wish all students going back to school a meaningful, enriching and fun school year! |
