As the weather warmed up this month, our preschool kids ventured out for a morning to explore the many different stations at the Discovery center. They saw ducks and frogs as they ventured past the pond and checked out the old Redwood tree. They were able to learn how people used to tell time a long time ago by watching the shadows on the sundial. They learned all about sound and noise at the listening pipes and the whisper disks. They dug for worms and dinosaur bones as well as just used their eyes to explore the Cactus Garden. All in all, it was a very busy morning full of so many adventures for our curious kids. |
