Santa's visits included many wishes for things like new bikes, dollies, and trains. But it was one young preschooler who reminded us what Christmas is truly about. When Santa came to visit his school he was ready with his Christmas letter in hand, and while his letter did ask for a drum that he could enjoy, it also asked Santa to bring "some nice things" for his baby brother and sister who were too ill to come to school and see Santa that day. This young man's generosity of spirit offers us all a lesson in what it means to embrace the season of giving. |
