This week is all about the people who make sacrafices to keep us safe. Our day to day heros. It's community helper week and we're so excited. We talked about all the different kinds of community helpers we have such as police officers, fire fighters, doctors, dentists and more. Some of us even want to be one of them when they grow up. We talked about all the different reposibilities each one has. Each center also invited some very specials guests over to the center. Some had fire fighters while others had police officers. While at the center they talked to the children about what they do and how to stay safe and healthy. Getting to see these community helpers in person brought such an excitment to the chldren, they didn't want them to leave! Thank to our community helpers for keeping us safe and healthy! |
