Bicycle safety, and extreme bike riding were the topics discussed at today's "Kick off to Summer" field trip at the Woodward Park BMX complex. Kids got basic instruction and lots of visuals for what this awesome sport has to offer. Expert riders put their skills to the test as they showed off their best tricks, and as a grand finale- jumped over a sea of Kids Kare teachers!! Now that's EXTREME!!

Parents take your child to the track this weekend with long sleeves and jeans. No experience is necessary, and loaner bikes/helments are available if your child would like to get some BMX 101 instruction- children of all ages and abilities welcome.
